We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products.
We use SFexpress, China Post, USPS, UPS or Fedex to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.
Our delivery will take 5-15 business days.
Tracking
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. I ordered these shoes on a whim. I was tired of my old, heavy steel toes. Those still have their place, but I wanted a better everyday shoe for a light industrial setting. These boots fit the bill. They're lightweight, comfortable, and seem durable enough for the price. As someone who likes barefoot shoes I appreciate the weight and flexibility of these shoes along with the added steel toe protection. They are also very easy to put on and take off which or rare for an ankle high steel toe.
There was a quality mishap on one shoe and customer service addressed it quickly via email... Nothing worth a star deduction.
All in all an excellent purchase and I will be back for more in the future.
I was skeptical! But these are truly the most comfortable steel toed boots I’ve had. And what is also nice is they look nice! It’s hard for women to find a decent looking steel toed shoe or boot. That does the job. These do plan on recommending them to all my friends.!

Well last 3 pair of boots have been from indestructable but these came and the tongue on the left boot has only been attached by a few stiches soon as i pulled it out of the box like i wth. I have loved this brand so far but 6 weeks shipping and i need boots for work in a week😥

Couple things.
VERY lightweight..... VERY comfortable.
Also great-looking (but I don't really care, I am just a regular guy, not a fashion hound).
These are not waterproof.
Any shoe / boot that has seems just cannot REALLY be waterproof.
Perhaps solid rubber with vulcanized soles would be.
That being said... the boot material is definitely water resistant and beads-up moisture nicely.
You may want to spray on some H2O proofing on the seems.
The buyer also should plan on purchasing some comfortable inserts.... not complaining.... just saying this is a super normal upgrade for a work boot to be wearing all shift.
The tread looks like it would be great in cold mud or hard pack snow.... I wouldn't know because I wear them inside in a wet food-service production facility.
Lots of hoses and squeegees.
I would not hesitate with a recommendation to a Dude or Dudette..... "You gotta get a pair of these, you will love 'em".

Nice shoe so far. Doesn't seem to have as much support in the sole as the last shoe I purchased from you. This is my 3rd pair and all have been different styles. All have been nice and light. So trying to figure out what works best.
Very happy with the new shoes, they fit and feel great. Cutting some trees for friends because of hurricane Idalia. Kept my feet’s safe just didn’t have them on my back and shoulder when the tree fell. Don’t move as fast as I used to, but my new shoes got on with it. I must say to my surprise the boots are very comfortable offering great support. I am blessed having neuropathy, edema, in both legs and feet however I personally feel very comfortable able to walk in a stable manner much better than my regular tennis shoes. In conjunction with the crew socks I am able to walk longer with much more stability. My health is compromised even more with terminal Lymphoma, however through the grace of God I am still alive, accepting His miracle of life as I should have died over a year past, praise the name of Jesus. Jesus, I trust in you. So, with my new boots, crew socks, how can I go wrong as life is beautiful each and every new day. Thank you all, August
It's a bit too early to say much - I JUST got them tonight, haven't even had time to put them on yet. This is why I couldn't give you 5*'s immediately.
But here's what I can say: I bought these shoes for hikes and RV'ing and camping where I'm walking in rough terrain.
These shoes arrived sooner than expected, which was nice. In person, they have a good look to them and I like the black trim, and the "pebble kicker" at the front. They appear very well made. I like the depth of the sole pattern on the bottom: they promise years of life and great traction.
I'm retired: I don't use them for work, and won't use them constantly, so I can't say anything at this time about durability or longevity.
I am eagerly awaiting my other pair of shoes: those will be my daily shoes, and I can finally retire shoes that were old and ugly a year ago.

I could just about wear the Star 101s without socks they fit so well and are so comfortable. Light but tough. Stylish but still with protection in all the right places. And very multi functional. I could wear these hiking / on the construction site and doing work around the yard at home. I could even wear these out- to go and have a drink! Great value all around.
Twice as heavy as my Columbia boots so these are not "lightweight" but they are everything else they say they are and very comfortable when the weather is colder. Love the non slip and flexibility
Very comfortable right out of the box. My only disappointment was one of the eyelets came off while installing the new shoe laces that I bought with the shoes.
It's little wide I have b width, I should have ordered size 13 for length,eye candy boots look good but don't know about waterproof yet or durability but are like prebroke in boots 1 less thing,o also not sure about traction yet I work around industrial iron or heavy equipment probably to soon for review
Bought for my husband and he put them on right away. He mentioned his feet felt instantly better having taken his old work boots off. Then he said he knew his feet were better than they would have been after completing his work.
