Here's exactly what that means.
If a manufacturing defect appears in your shoes during the life of the product, we'll replace them free. You receive a brand-new pair in the same style, size, and color you originally purchased. If that pair is out of stock or no longer made, we'll replace it with a comparable current one.
This Lifetime Warranty covers your original purchase. Replacement pairs are not covered under the warranty.

Great shoes!
Not the best pair of shoes I have gotten from Indestructible Shoes, but easily the most unique, the ratcheting 'laces' are good bit of fun and very good overall. The only issue is that the grip is not as slip-resistant as other shoes I have gotten from them before. I use them as my 'go to work' and 'go home from work' shoes as we have work shoes that cannot leave the plant. The laces keep get and keep the shoes nice and tight and are quick to take off and put back on.

One of the strings in the boa snapped. The sizing is wrong and the fit is too big. Only had the shows for a couple months and they are falling apart

By far the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever put on. Lasted 6 hours and I had to take them off. Poorly made, no arch support, to tight around the steel toe. Fantastic idea and design just poorly executed. I ended up giving them away because they hurt so much to wear them.
Great shoes and fit well. Could be better if they were shipped from United States and not from china it takes to long to arrive

Show is too big even though I selected the correct size. The back of the shoe caves in within a couple days and one of the strings in the boa system broke in the first month.

2nd pair in 3 months and both knobs to tighten laces broke. Soles are extremely thin and uncomfortable on 1st pair and 2nd pair are even worse due to toe being smaller then last. The worst part is it takes 1 month to receive to doorstep.
I use them for my dog grooming job and they've been great. Hair sticks in them a bit but most of it comes out with the blow dryer and a quick wipe down. Very comfortable and the fit is great. I've tried so many brands over the years but always seem to come back to Indestructible Shoes.

Ripped off by the company. I ordered shoes never received my order. I never received tracking information. I paid and got absolutely nothing.

Eyelets broke off within 5 minutes of putting the boots on. Cant get a reply from customer service for a refund.
I have never received my order. I ordered on July 18th and it never came. I want to cancel, but you never gave that as an option. I expect to be out that money since none has ever contacted me and you don't have a clear way to contact customer service.
