Customers can return the un-used shoes within 30 days of receive for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subjected to 15% restocking fees. We will issue the partial refund of the initial order less 15% of the original purchase to the payment method that you used when placing the order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer support at info@indestructibleshoes.com and we are happy to assist you with your request.
Please note, we do not accept returns for socks and insoles items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less 15% of the original payment, within a 2-3 business day.
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I have email support about my shoes are hurting my feet and being too small. Request for a refund or replacement and i never recieved a response back. I will not be buying any more for here or recommended them to anyone either.
Fits well, very comfortable, seems likely to last a long time. This is the second pair of Indestructible shoes I have purchased, the first pair I wore until the soles wore through!

Shoes don’t do great with wider feet. And even with the added insoles they get uncomfortable after long period of standing
They are light weight, they are very comfortable, and it feels like an athletic shoe.
The cable system that replaced shoelaces did not work well. It comes loose during normal use and needs to be constantly tightened. I would not buy these again or recommend them to anyone.

Hi- really beautiful shoe- great price- but to heavy for me and I’m on my feet between 12 and 14 hours 5 days a week
actually fit very good. and since I am not a teenager, they fit my style quite well.

The whole experience is very bad. Delivery was late by 2 months. Tried contacting via email but no one responded. Tried emailing for another 3 weeks but to no avail. Had to search for social media to find another source of response. Found via Facebook but my selected item was out of stock. I had to choose another design which is not to my liking. This is not my 1st purchase but this recent purchase is making me losing confidence and doubting this company

The shoe is great! But for the price the insoles are horrible, you need to improve the insoles. If you buy these shoes definitely invest in a better pair of insoles.
The shoe looks really nice and I can see why you would call it indestructible. It's like wearing military tanks on my feet, the most uncomfortable shoes that I've ever worn. I'm on my feet all day long and by lunch time the bottom of my feet are hurting. Feels like im walking on concrete. Shoe lace location or design is off because it squeezes the top part of my foot and my heel constantly feels like it's sliding out of the shoe. I was hyped up to by a pair, waited almost 4 weeks to get them. Thought I got ripped off due to the lack of shipping updates until they just all appeared one day. Sorry I will be returning these shoes and not buying another pair.
I have worn these to use the dewalt weed wacker, which has extremely thick trimmer lines available. I am incredibly, pleased how well my steel toed tan boots fit, and especially how well they protect my feet, and ankles ❣️ A few years ago I bought my first indestructible steel toe shoes which were pink and black, and very breathable for women, and I still use those when I'm working inside on projects, love the Kevlar soles. I wouldn't buy work shoes any place else. Thank you to everyone that works there from design, to manufacture, to packaging, and in shipping!

Super light and comfortable. Having the safety toe is a great bonus too. Easy on and off. They are the ultimate footwear.
The heels were at a decline, so with every step my heels would rub the back of the shoes. I had hot spots on my heels within one hour of wearing them. The toes are too narrow and we're rubbing the outsides of my big and little toes. I chalk it up to: I tried something new, and it didn't work out.
great comfortable shoes
One of the most comfortable pairs of steel toed shoes I have had. They are easy to wear on long days, and when flying, they are small enough that they fit in my carry one with my clothing without issue.
