Customers can return the un-used shoes within 30 days of receive for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subjected to 15% restocking fees. We will issue the partial refund of the initial order less 15% of the original purchase to the payment method that you used when placing the order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer support at info@indestructibleshoes.com and we are happy to assist you with your request.
Please note, we do not accept returns for socks and insoles items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less 15% of the original payment, within a 2-3 business day.
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

actually fit very good. and since I am not a teenager, they fit my style quite well.

The whole experience is very bad. Delivery was late by 2 months. Tried contacting via email but no one responded. Tried emailing for another 3 weeks but to no avail. Had to search for social media to find another source of response. Found via Facebook but my selected item was out of stock. I had to choose another design which is not to my liking. This is not my 1st purchase but this recent purchase is making me losing confidence and doubting this company
good shoes
I have worn these to use the dewalt weed wacker, which has extremely thick trimmer lines available. I am incredibly, pleased how well my steel toed tan boots fit, and especially how well they protect my feet, and ankles ❣️ A few years ago I bought my first indestructible steel toe shoes which were pink and black, and very breathable for women, and I still use those when I'm working inside on projects, love the Kevlar soles. I wouldn't buy work shoes any place else. Thank you to everyone that works there from design, to manufacture, to packaging, and in shipping!

great comfortable shoes
One of the most comfortable pairs of steel toed shoes I have had. They are easy to wear on long days, and when flying, they are small enough that they fit in my carry one with my clothing without issue.

The shoe is nice and light weight but they hurt my feet. I am debating whether to return them.
I don't really know yet. I just got them yesterday, and haven't had a chance to wear them.

The shoes are reviewed by many to say they don’t hold up to claims the company makes. Incredibly uncomfortable and fall apart quickly. I tried to cancel my order however you told me I couldn’t and now reading your refund policy, it says I can’t return them. What a scam!!! I truly hope you let me return my shoes because this is kinda bad business. But you got my money so what do you care right?

Great lightweight comfortable shoes. I have been ordering from this company for close to 9 years. This is my favorite shoe so far. It is lightweight and comfortable. I am a landscaper by trade and I walk a lot of miles in a days time and am on knees when planting which rub the toe on ground. This is my second pair in over a year. These tend to hold up better than other shoes I have had. One slight downfall is they don’t have a lot of traction in wet grass on a hillside.
This shoe dose feel as light as people have said it did , i was trying to find a running shoe , this shoe could be used as one , great fit , lite weight, and just a good looking shoe , i recomend it !!! Thank a lot !!!

Try to live up to the name Indestructible. These shoes have been worn for 2 months, just normal everyday walking, and both soles are ruined already. I've never in my life had a pair of shoes fall apart this fast. I've bought from you before and I usually get at least a year out of them, this is a different style and is very disappointing.
From my picture, I don’t even have them yet. It’s going on 3 months now. After I receive these, never ordering from you guys again.

I really love the shoes!! I purposely waited until I’ve worn the shoes for at least a week before writing this review. They were delivered a day earlier than estimated, which was great!! They look great and are really light weight. They fit nicely too. The right shoe was making the top of one toe hurt right about where the steel toe begins. After 2 or 3 days of working in them, my toe stopped hurting. I figure that maybe that’s how long it took to break them in. I work in the construction field so my feet are rarely on flat ground and because of that my feet were always hurting. Since wearing the Indestructible shoes, my feet do not hurt nearly as bad and the pain is getting less and less by the day. They are very bendable, not stiff at all. I was concerned the fabric would get ripped somehow but even the fabric is tough, showing no signs of tearing or fraying at all. My toes have been saved a couple times already and still not a single sign of any kind of damage at all. I absolutely recommend that everyone’s next pair of shoes or boots should be a pair from Indestructible shoes.
