We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products.
We use SFexpress, China Post, USPS, UPS or Fedex to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.
Our delivery will take 5-15 business days.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website or http://track.indestructibleshoes.com/
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. I use them for my dog grooming job and they've been great. Hair sticks in them a bit but most of it comes out with the blow dryer and a quick wipe down. Very comfortable and the fit is great. I've tried so many brands over the years but always seem to come back to Indestructible Shoes.

I have never received my order. I ordered on July 18th and it never came. I want to cancel, but you never gave that as an option. I expect to be out that money since none has ever contacted me and you don't have a clear way to contact customer service.

Miss the rhyder
Shipping took about 3-4 weeks to arrive. I love the fit and design of these shoes. Very comfortable to wear all day.
Comfy but on 2nd pair in 2 months due to the knob tightener breaking. Plus 4 weeks it takes to ship. Anytime you walk on gravel you feel any little stone on foot which is very annoying for a work shoe. Ill be going back to my other brand after these break again

I haven’t put these to the test yet, but was disappointed by how bulky they feel. They do have a lot of cushioning, so hopefully that will make up for how gargantuan they feel.
The socks are great, haven't had blisters or anything on my feet since I've received them.
I have email support about my shoes are hurting my feet and being too small. Request for a refund or replacement and i never recieved a response back. I will not be buying any more for here or recommended them to anyone either.
Fits well, very comfortable, seems likely to last a long time. This is the second pair of Indestructible shoes I have purchased, the first pair I wore until the soles wore through!

Shoes don’t do great with wider feet. And even with the added insoles they get uncomfortable after long period of standing
They are light weight, they are very comfortable, and it feels like an athletic shoe.
The cable system that replaced shoelaces did not work well. It comes loose during normal use and needs to be constantly tightened. I would not buy these again or recommend them to anyone.

Hi- really beautiful shoe- great price- but to heavy for me and I’m on my feet between 12 and 14 hours 5 days a week
actually fit very good. and since I am not a teenager, they fit my style quite well.

The whole experience is very bad. Delivery was late by 2 months. Tried contacting via email but no one responded. Tried emailing for another 3 weeks but to no avail. Had to search for social media to find another source of response. Found via Facebook but my selected item was out of stock. I had to choose another design which is not to my liking. This is not my 1st purchase but this recent purchase is making me losing confidence and doubting this company

The shoe is great! But for the price the insoles are horrible, you need to improve the insoles. If you buy these shoes definitely invest in a better pair of insoles.
