We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products.
We use SFexpress, China Post, USPS, UPS or Fedex to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.
Our delivery will take 5-15 business days.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Love the boots but you REALLY need to offer alternatives for shipping - these were shipped USPS and took nearly three weeks to receive due to shipping issues with USPS
Returned the 10.5-11. Were a little too snug. 11.5-12 are perfect fit. Exchange was painless and Chester kept me informed through the whole process. Will be ordering another pair soon! Thanks again!

The look cool, I just should've went a size up. They're kind of tight and my feet hurt a bit at first but I put a shoe horn inside them for about 2 days and they fit a bit better. I won't dock stars because of the sizing because I picked the wrong size.

I love the J3’s. I just bought two more pair. My original pair I’ve been wearing daily at work in a rubber factory for the past year. They are light weight, breathe really well, and are still in really good shape. The only thing that can say bad about them is they need better arch support, so I always put insoles in them and I love them.

Buy them for work, they are light and breathable so feet done smell bad and heat my feet up like they do in normal work boots. They pass the OSHA standards here. As needed for my warehouse, union position requires. Cost less than $100 with coupons always available, if buy more than 2 pair a year the usually send bogo so literally about $54 a pair. Good company good service. Only 1st order did i have any issues with so many years ago. Haven't had any since that.

This is my second pair, I love the name, but they do have to be replaced, not sure how long it was when I purchased my first pair, definitely 3 or 4 years ago and I've definitely enjoyed the comfort they give me, i just received my second pair and I'll stay with this company because I believe in their product

Great shoe just hard to find all info on when ordering needed waterproof but they are great comfort just can’t us at work for outside work your feet will get wet
I was worried about them being a little tight at first, but after breaking them in they felt and feel great. The slim fit helps me position my foot perfectly to step into tighter spaces. I feel like I could go hoop or play football in these if I wanted too lol
I was debating on buying these shoes because my feet have been messed up since Birth and I always have a problem when buying shoes because of my feet. I can't even wear slip on shoes. But these shoes are actually very comfortable to wear and I am glad I have purchased these shoes. Thanks for it not taking so long to receive them. I would definitely recommend these shoes to anyone.

I started wearing these shoes in 2016 and can’t stop wearing them to this day 2024. The shoes are soft on the inside but rugged on the outside. I’m required to have steel toed shoes on work sites. These shoes are steel toe and the soles are puncture resistant. Excellent combination along with being light weight. I forget I’m wearing them during the day. Another plus is they don’t wear out fast like heavy work boots. Try them and you will see what I’m talking about 👍
After one month they feel great , only boot I can wear , tried em all .
