We build Indestructible Shoes to outlast the job — steel toes, puncture-resistant soles, and materials made to take a beating. To stand behind that, every pair purchased from indestructibleshoes.com comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Here's exactly what that means.

What the warranty covers

If a manufacturing defect appears in your shoes during the life of the product, we'll replace them free. You receive a brand-new pair in the same style, size, and color you originally purchased. If that pair is out of stock or no longer made, we'll replace it with a comparable current one.

This Lifetime Warranty covers your original purchase. Replacement pairs are not covered under the warranty.

What counts as a defect (covered)

We cover genuine manufacturing and material defects, including:

• Sole separation or delamination
• Stitching or seam failure
• Defects in the steel toe cap or puncture-resistant plate
• Eyelet, hook, or hardware failure caused by a defect
• Upper material splitting or failing that isn't caused by abrasion

What isn't covered

Our shoes are built to be worn hard, and normal wear is part of using them. This warranty covers defects — not the natural results of use. The following are not covered:

• Normal wear and tear — worn tread and outsoles, creasing, fading, scuffs, interior breakdown, odor, and any pair that has simply reached the end of its usable life
• Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or use beyond the shoe's intended purpose
• Damage from chemicals, extreme heat, or failure to follow the care instructions
• Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect how the shoe functions
• Fit, sizing, or comfort issues (these are handled under our [Returns & Exchanges policy], not the warranty)
• Shoes that have been modified, repaired, or altered by anyone other than us
• Lost or stolen items
• Shoes not purchased directly from indestructibleshoes.com

Who's covered

• This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It does not apply to shoes bought secondhand or from any third-party seller.
• Proof of purchase is required — your order number and the email address used at checkout.
• Coverage is automatic with proof of purchase. We recommend registering your pair within 30 days of delivery to make any future claim faster.

How to make a claim

1. Email us at info@indestructibleshoes.com with your order number and the email used to place the order.
2. Attach clear photos showing the defect.
3. Our team reviews your claim within 3–5 business days and confirms the defect is covered.
4. In most cases your photos are enough; occasionally we may ask you to return the pair.
5. Once approved, your replacement ships to your original delivery address.

A few important details

• This is a Limited Warranty. "Lifetime" refers to the expected usable life of the product under normal use — not the lifetime of the purchaser. Because replacement pairs are not covered, the warranty does not renew when a pair is replaced.
• This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country.
• We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on your date of purchase is the one that applies to your pair.
