I just got home from work. I've been on my feet all day long. Being an automotive technician, there is no time to sit at work. Usually, I would remove my shoes at the front door. Partly to keep my house clean longer, but mostly because my feet are sore at the end of the day. I have been home for about an hour, and my Indestructible Star shoes are still on my feet. Never have I considered myself a "shoe guy", but I own 2 pair of this model, and a pair each of 2 other models of Indestructible shoes.
My job yesterday involved a bunch of cutting, grinding and welding. I wore my kevlar Indestructible shoes. My feet were protected from sparks and the chunks of metal falling. They were being cut from the El Camino I was installing new floors in. No way of knowing how many times that there has been welding splatter, fall on my foot or feet. The red hot metal will burn through the tops of many shoes. Then one would see me do the "hot foot" dance, until the small globs of metal cool. Nothing like that happened yesterday.

I was surprised at how flexible and lightweight these are. I think technically, they are men's shoes, but the sizes run small enough for women, and I usually like the design of men's shoes better. I was concerned about buying online, but the fit was pretty good - perfect in length, though clearly made for a thicker foot. I almost returned them, thinking I couldn't lace them tight enough for a secure fit (thus the 4 stars). But then I added an orthotic, and they felt good. I've only taken one walk so far - but my footing felt secure and dry in post-rainstorm mud. These will likely be my rain boots from now on. They look great under jeans, and I would wear them with a skirt/dress too.

Star 101 Black safety boot has been a GAWD send with it's light weight snug comfortable robust bullet proof design. It took me a few days to get used to them only because these boots feel more like comfortable Slippers than strong safety boots at work with plenty of surface grip which also improves your waking. The Best, you will not be disappointed.

Very satisfied, they are very light and comfortable. Walking and jogging with is super smooth with good grip. However there is no lateral grip so you could easily to a split. The shoes are comfy because of the lightness and the soft sole but for heavy snow I would choose a more robust sole.

I've just received the boots few days ago. It is really lighter than and has all features of the boots that I currently have. There is one thing I don't yet know is that these indestructible boots can keep warm for my feet as my current boots or not; waiting to have a chance to walk on the snow then know of it.

I have had a broken tendon in my foot and found wearing normal heavy work boots made my foot extreamly sore by the end of the day. I was also having bad circulation in my legs. I saw your ad about your lightweight work shoes and boots ,I do heavy steel work on my feet and the boots get a hammering with wear and tear gas cutting, welding .i bought your shoes and instantly noticed the difference ,they are so comfortable and light just feels like your wearing running shoes .i wore them out pretty quicky so now I have ordered your work boots and a pair for my work mate who was also having foot problems we are both better and no pains any more, I am so grateful to have seen your advert it's been a life saver for my feet. Only worked in them one day, so far, but it was cold and raining, so I can totally verify the facts that they are very comfortable, and will keep your feet warm and dry. I spend 1/3 the day day standing, 1/3 the day walking, and 1/3 the day crawling and they feel great in all positions. Full range of motion action boots that meets safety requirements, keep your feet warm and dry, and are comfortable. Highly recommend.

I bought a couple to try out with the new boots I ordered, and I WILL be getting more for the winter. They're the perfect size crew sock for a boot, they are thicker than a normal sock, but not crazy thick. The compression of them on my feet was fantastic. Just right. It feels good, but not like my feet are getting squeezed. We'll see how the hold up over time, but I will definitely be getting more before the winter sets in.

They arrived last night. I found them on the porch this morning when I was taking the dog for a walk, so I immediately went inside and put them on to give them a test run. Very comfortable boots from the start - did 5 km, no problems. I wear shoes all day to avoid chilblains, so I’d be wearing them many hours in the day.

The shoe is very comfortable. The description of this star 101 shoe led me to believe it had kevlar in the side panels and toe section. It does not. It does have kevlar in the sole for puncture protection, but it only has leather side panels. I will say that the toe box ,being a steel toe, may be the most comfortable steel toe that I have ever worn.

I’ve only worn them for a couple of days but they are very comfortable. If you were to look at them you could never tell that they were a safety. They will look perfectly fine with a pair of dockers or other casual pants as well as jeans.

Shoes arrived weeks before I expected them. Perfect fit. No pinched toes or squeezed foot but a comfortable work shoe. Two disappointing issues. The eyelets for the laces make it hard for an octogenarian like me to tighten the laces. Should've been round. Second dissatisfaction I find is that there is no tab on back of shoe to pull on to help getting the feet in. As for the puncture part , I stepped on sharp thorns today and I did not have any of them piercing my feet. Thank you. Ben

Shoes are great but i have the same problem that i had with my first pair, had to add a toe cap. Since i do construction i kneel alot and in the first day tje toe leather was rubbed thru. I had to buy the liquid toe cap material which isnt cheap and pit it on the shoes. Otherwise it would just wear down to the metal. Other then that very comfortable and light.

I loved the look of my new boots (Star 101 Black US11.5-12 | EU46). Unfortunately they did not fit, too short, too narrow. My favourite workboots, no longer made, have always been 10.5 | 44.5. I ordered from you larger as a precaution. I'm going to re-order from you as I'm impressed with the style & make. I'll sell the received boots on eBay as the return shipping costs to you would exceed any discount loss.

The boots fit perfectly and I have worn them several days in a row. I really like the tread on the boots. They really grip. Also the steel toe is not uncomfortable. I purchased a pair of steel toes from WalMart and had to throw them away within a week because they hurt my feet so much. The pair from Indestructible felt great from day 1!

I bought the black, steel toed work shoes. I was skeptical, to say the least, before the shoes arrived. I've never owned a comfortable pair of boots with steel toes. They always hurt the top of my toes. I'm wearing my Indestructible shoes right now, and I've had them on all day. I wore them while working on a project truck this morning, and then I went fishing for about 2 hours. I fished from shore, and walked all around the small lake that I live next to. The fit is perfect, and they are actually attractive. I wore them to dinner last night too. The guy at the door who greeted us noticed my Indestructible shoes, and he asked me where I got them. I'll be buying more shoes from this company. The only down side, is that it took about 2 weeks to get them delivered. No big deal. I had other shoes to wear.
